Jitter Fingers.com website is divided into two areas including: a) public areas any girl can visit whether or not she is a member of a Jitter Friends group; and b) private areas that are only accessible by a specific member of a Jitter Friends group.

Transactions With E-Commerce Partners, Vendors and Advertisers: When you provide personally identifiable financial information and other personally identifiable information to one of our jitterfingers.com e-commerce partners, vendors or advertisers, this transaction will occur in connection with the site of the e-commerce partner, vendor or advertiser, not on the jitterfingers.com site, and, as such, the financial and other personally identifiable information you provide is collected pursuant to and controlled by the privacy policy of such e-commerce partner, vendor or advertiser. "Email This to a Friend": The jitterfingers.com site allows you to forward certain items posted on jitterfingers.com or links to other jitterfingers.com features by email or Instant Messenger to other parties who you believe may be interested. Advertising Companies

Jitter Fingers is committed to providing a safe, secure, and fun online experience for teen and tween girls who visit our site. We are dedicated to safeguarding any personal information collected online and to helping parents and girls have positive experiences on the Internet. Consistent with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998, we will never knowingly request personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13 without prior verifiable parental consent.
When someone under the age of 13 registers on jitterfingers.com, we require a parent’s permission and will request parental contact information for verification before a child is permitted to participate in Jitter Fingers or Jitter Friends activities. The parental contact information provided is solely for the purpose of permission and will not be used for any other purpose.
